As a Project Manager, you will lead the execution of residential construction projects from conception to completion. You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire process, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that all project elements align with our high standards of design and construction. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
- Interpret and execute design drawings with a keen attention to detail, maintaining quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure alignment between architectural vision and construction execution.
- Utilize BuilderTrend for project management, including scheduling, budgeting, tracking progress, and posting daily job logs.
- Perform regular site visits to monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative, communicative environment with team members and clients to deliver outstanding project results.
- Proactively share lessons learned with the team, and contribute to process and systems improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in luxury residential construction.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and building codes, with an ability to interpret code language and design drawings.
- Proficiency in BuilderTrend (preferred) or similar construction management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with a commitment to transparency and proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to commute to our Boston office and project sites (approx. 45-minute commute radius preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and BuilderTrend is a plus.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary and Benefits
- Full-Time Position
- Competitive salary at $90,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience
