Gpac is partnered with a well renowned residential company who is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join a premier residential construction firm specializing in high-end custom homebuilding. This role will involve managing luxurious projects valued between $2 million and $4 million, ensuring the highest quality and customer satisfaction.
Project Manager/Estimator Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee residential construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with clients to align project expectations and deliver exceptional results.
- Manage and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and internal teams for effective communication and collaboration.
- Utilize extensive product knowledge for material selection and procurement.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors for optimal terms.
- Monitor project progress, conduct quality control inspections, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Prepare accurate estimates and budgets for upcoming projects.
Project Manager/Estimator Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 5-10 years of Project Management experience in high-end residential construction.
- Proven experience managing residential projects valued between $2 million and $5 million.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, processes, and procurement practices.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software.
