Job Description
The Sarasota Studio is looking for an experienced automotive sales consultant to join our downtown Sarasota team. The ideal candidate is comfortable relating to our high-end clientele, is knowledgeable about the luxury market and can handle the entire sales process from greeting the client to vehicle delivery.
Previous automotive experience is a must, along with a proven track record. Excellent communication skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance and the ability to develop strong client relationships will ensure success for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome each guest to our showroom in a prompt and enthusiastic manner
· Develop and maintain a strong product knowledge of our brands and other ultra-luxury vehicles
· Stay informed of current vehicle inventory, prices, and location
· Track changing vehicle market conditions, values, activities, and incentives
· Complete sales process from start to finish, including gathering trade appraisal information, road tests, overcoming objections, delivery paperwork and follow up
· Utilizing the CRM, develop a plan to accomplish daily, monthly, annual objectives
· Participate in the events which we may sponsor or host, both at the showroom and off-site
· Represent the Dimmitt brand and its core values and standards of excellence
Qualifications:
· 2 years of previous experience in new automotive sales with verifiable proof of meeting sales targets
· High-luxury sales experience strongly preferred
· Sound decision-making and analytical abilities
· Comfortable approaching/selling high-net-worth clientele
· Ability to develop strong, trusting relationships within all levels of the organization
· Valid Florida Driver’s License
