Job description
We are looking for multiple Inventory Control Operators for several customers/logistics companies in the Savannah, GA area. Your job will be a combination of loading and unloading trailers, driving an electric pallet jack or lift equipment while picking and preparing products, palletizes products for shipment, and confirming shipments electronically.
Responsibilities
- Drive an electric pallet jack or designated lift equipment
- Use RF devises
- Perform inventory on stored product
- Perform inbound receiving process
- Move product from staged area into required areas
- Label product according to the customer routing guidelines
- Identify product based on product code
- Move pallets to stretch wrap machine and wrap pallets for customer shipment
- Safely and efficiently operates a pallet jack/forklift/reach truck/clamp truck or other PIT equipment as the need arises
- Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business demands, sometimes on short notice – compliance is required
Skills
- Ability to regularly reach with hands and arms, at times above head; and talk and hear
- Must have cherry picker Experience
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 - 75 pounds; may be required to move 500 pounds on wheeled carts
- Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum of 6 months of electric pallet jack experience
- Must have experience utilizing RF scanner
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret documents
- Understanding of shipping and receiving process documents
- Sufficient math skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide to determine correct quantities of parts/items/pallets are processed

Multiple 1st shift processor position for warehouses in the Savannah and Pooler area:
- At least 6 months of experience as a warehouse worker (verifiers, packers, labels, and painting)
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Excellent attendance required.
Immediate openings
- 40 hours/week
- Monday - Friday 6am-6:30pm
- 1st shift $18.00 per hour
