Responsibilities:As a High-Rise Resident Services Coordinator for Multifamily with Hines, you will play an integral role in demonstrating a 5-star resident and guest service experience in every interaction. You will exemplify extraordinary customer service skills as you provide prompt response and showcase your vast knowledge of local entertainment and restaurant venues. Your possessing of in-depth familiarity of the local businesses will be vital to your success. Reporting to the General Property Manager, while working closely with the on-site Marketing Manager, and the Hines Community Manager, the Resident Services Coordinator - Multifamily is insightful, helpful, and understands the value of good service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leads by example, lives the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture at Wolf Point West.
- Leasing activities will be expected to be performed with prospective residents such as tours, pricing conversations and reviewing residential leases. Additionally, leasing activities needed are renewal conversations with existing residents, pricing offers and generating renewal leases.
- Builds brand loyalty by striving to ensure every resident interaction is positive.
- Enthusiastically greets all residents, perspective residents, guests and visitors with a friendly face.
- Maintains courteous communication with the owners, residents, their guests, and vendors.
- Serves as a point of contact for all residents and guests.
- Provides dedicated concierge services for Penthouse Units as described by management.
- Keeps Property and Marketing Managers abreast of city-wide Concierge events to establish network and understand events impacting the community.
- In collaboration with Marketing Manager and Hines Community Manager, he/she will establish and nurture relationships with restaurant and shop owners to offer benefits and discounts.
- Provide assistance in ensuring a seamless resident move-in experience.
- Assists with the organization and execution of resident & community events.
- Maintains pride in the property’s maintenance and appearance needs, by ensuring lobby and public areas are neat and orderly.
- As the needs of each community vary, so shall the needs of the Concierge role change and alter according to those assigned by the Property Manager.
Minimum Requirements include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited required.
- Four or more years of experience in hospitality, property management, or service-related industry.
- Concierge experience preferred.
- Entrata Experience a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Pleasant phone manner.
- Thorough knowledge of local attractions and destinations.
