Shifts available:
2nd shift - 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, M-F (OR)
3rd shift - 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, M-F
Required Skills:
- Must be 18 years of age or older and pass our pre-employment reading and ruler tests
- 5+ years high speed production machine maintenance/electrical experience
- Previous experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work
- Previous low voltage troubleshooting experience required
- Previous experience running conduit and pulling wires for new manufacturing machine set-up
- Ability to read, understand blueprints and CAD drawings
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds
- Possess good interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be able to read, write and orally communicate in English
- Able to climb ladders, stoop, bend and otherwise physically able to access all areas of machinery and equipment to perform maintenance
- Able to be on their feet on concrete floors for entire shift
- Must be able to make and interpret measurements with a standard ruler to 1/16 of an inch (must pass a pre-employment ruler test and Reading test).
The Machine Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance and repairs on all plant equipment. Performs routine facilities maintenance. On the job training will be provided.
Machine Maintenance Technicians report to our Maintenance Manager and interact with all levels of the company in order to make sure quality guidelines are met.
