Johnson Service Group, a nationally recognized staffing firm, is targeting a High Voltage, Business Unit Sales Liaison for our global manufacturing client, specifically supporting front end sales. Sitting onsite in either Pittsburg or Mount Pleasant PA, the incumbent will utilize market expertise to support front end sales, marketing and sales activities, developing profitable and sustainable growth portfolios. Additionally, monitor target markets, sales/marketing efforts, provide analysis, feedback and influential guidance for future portfolio roadmaps.

Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis of market size, share and segments, in addition to regulatory drivers, applications, products, SWOT analysis, systems and services while utilizing market intelligence for current and future strengths to align with the business units.
- Develop Strategic Sales Plans and Utilize market intelligence and market plans against current and future strengths/capabilities to identify and influence product roadmaps and launches.
- Lead strategic planning, providing insight into actionable implantation plans, delivering profitable growth and defining success in local markets for value-based selling.
- Collaboration with sales resources, channel partners, end users, providing KPI results, scorecards, identifying customer needs/influence opportunities, standards and regulation support.
- Provide strength to budgeting, demand order estimates, market insight/outlook, forecasting and communications regarding product development needs.
- Develop, manage and bi-directionally communicate to drive product development needs, product gaps, cost allocations, pricing and sales support.
Qualifications:
- BachelorÂ’s degree in related field and 7+ years OR Masters degree in related field and 5+ yearsÂ’ experience in utility sales and marketing.
- Strength in utility market analysis, negotiations and communication skills.
- Candidate must already have work authorization which would permit them to work within the United States. Our client is unable to provide current or future sponsorship.
