- Seven years’ experience in business and commercial ;
- An exceptional ability to understand, analyze, and tackle complex legal ; Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal ;
- A wealth of experience drafting key legal ; An aptitude for managing client documents
- Proficiency with essential software, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and ; A California paralegal certificate or paralegal certification and a bachelor's ;

- The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $75,000 to $110,000 per year, with the final offer dependent on factors such as experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and ;
