Bloom Talent is partnering with a seed funded tech startup based in San Francisco seeking their first People and Office Operations Manager. This hire will help build up HR, Talent, and Office Operations at this mission-driven company that provides a platform for people to grow and manage their own businesses. The company has a global presence and the founders have successful track records at previous companies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling startup and play a large part in its growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own recruiting process, from initial contact to the offer
- Work closely with leadership team to develop recruiting strategies
- Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify high caliber candidates and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Onboard new hires and set them up for success
- Evaluate and implement administrative systems to optimize employees’ productivity
- Ensure a productive, well-run office environment, including vendor management and space planning
- Organize and execute strategic company events
Requirements:
- 2+ years in an operational or administrative role
- Experience setting up internal policies, systems, and procedures in a growing company a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with people of all levels
- Incredibly organized, with superb attention to detail
- Experience prioritizing multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative and process-driven: self-starter who will always be looking for ways to make processes more efficient
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
Compensation: 80-110k DOE
