PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60 - $65 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As a HIM Coding Review Manager you will:
- Conduct and coordinate audits: Monitor and audit all lines of hospital business for coding accuracy, including outpatient, inpatient, ED, and ambulatory surgery cases.
- Ensure coding accuracy: Monitor the accuracy and quality of coding assignments and conduct internal coding audits.
- Develop and provide education: Create and present high-quality coding education, including webinars and in-service training.
- Support compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and support coding integrity.
- Mentor and train staff: Provide mentoring and training for coding staff, including on-the-job training programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with Clinical Documentation Specialists, HIM Directors, and other departments to support coding and documentation requirements.
- Develop reports: Prepare and present audit results and coding accuracy reports to regional and facility staff and senior management.
- Support enterprise initiatives: Participate in enterprise-level coding quality reviews, audits, and educational initiatives to enhance coding performance.
- 4+ years in Acute Care coding and supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of state/federal regulations (CMRI, NCQA, JCAHO, CMS).
- Strong communication skills.
