- Contract Duration: 9 weeks
- Pay Rate: $40/hours on W2
- Pay Package for Traveler: $2000/week gross
- Facility: Long Term Care (LTC)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Shift: 8 hours shift (alternate weekends)
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Location: Franklin, NH, 03235

- Must be Licensed as a LPN
- Must be BLS/CPR certified
- Availability to work every other weekend
- Flu shot, TB Report and Physical Report required
- 1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility
- COVID vaccination not mandatory, but preferred
