Northwest Healthcare (https://www.healthiertucson.com/) is the largest hospital system in Southern Arizona and is seeking a Cardiothoracic Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support our Cardiothoracic Surgery team at Northwest Medical Center (https://www.healthiertucson.com/northwest-medical-center) in Tucson, AZ.
+ Hospital employed opportunity joining a large and very busy multispecialty group
+ Assist CT surgeons and cardiologist with procedures
+ Must be an ACNP or PA
+ ICU experience required
+ Must be able and comfortable assisting in ICU procedures
+ Follow post-op open heart and lung surgery patients while in the ICU
+ Review pre-op lab and x-ray results
+ Discharge post-op patients from hospital
+ Inpatient care, with occasional outpatient clinic responsibilities
+ Office space available
