Hiring Certified Home Health Aide/ Personal Care Aides (HHA/PCA) in Suffolk County - Alvita Home Care

Qualifications:

• Must have valid HHA / PCA certificate in the state of NY
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain (within the last year for physical)
• Must be living within Riverhead, Shirley, Mastic, Moriches
• Drivers encouraged to apply - must have a valid driver's license

Details:

• Concierge cases for high-end, private-pay patients
• Full-time, part-time, and per-diem schedule options available

• ADL's: Activities of Daily Living
• IADL's: Instrumental Activities of Daily Living
• Possible RN delegation of activities
