Term: Contract: 13 weeks

Shift: 8hrs (All shift)

Local Pay rate: $42/HR

Travel Pay Rate: $2064/week gross based and up to 48hrs/week

Start: ASAP

Requirements:

• Must be certified/Licensed as a LPN
• BLS/CPR certified
• Must work every other weekend.
• Immunization Report Flu shot/ TB Report / Physical Report
• 1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility.
