Job Must Haves
- Service/help desk or customer service support.
- Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation, MS Office Suite, help desk/trouble ticketing software (prior use of ServiceNow preferred), and VOIP technologies
- Must have foundational knowledge in coding in PowerShell, Python, or other languages with a desire expand coding knowledge and abilities
- Must have foundational OSI Layer knowledge, prior experience in IT administration supporting various operating systems, monitoring, networking, virtualization, storage, and/or cybersecurity preferred with a desire to expand upon existing knowledge base and skill set .
