-Experience: Have 2 years of experience - Pay Information: 1099 - $8,125 a week
- W2 - $120k a year (work one week on and get two weeks off) or $170k a year (work one week on and get one week off) with benefits
- Credentialing time: 6-8 weeks
- Privileging Details: Fingerprints/background check is required
- Board Certification Requirements: Certified or Eligible
- EMR: CPRS system
- Malpractice insurance with Tail coverage
- Expenses: all-inclusive rate
