Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and highly organized professional to take on the role of Hiring and Office Manager. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our company's success by managing the end-to-end recruitment process and overseeing the smooth operation of our office. This is an on-site role located in Golden, CO
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Lead the entire recruitment life cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to ensure the selection of high-quality talent.
Conduct technical interviews for developer roles. (Requires a CS degree)
Coordinate and conduct candidate assessments and reference checks.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics.
Onboarding:
Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcome and informed.
Develop and enhance onboarding programs to align with company culture and values.
Coordinate orientation sessions and training programs for new employees.
Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive and positive work environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Address employee queries and concerns related to office facilities and services.
Implement and improve onsite office policies and procedures for efficiency.
Assist in general administrative tasks assigned by Manager
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and events.
Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and collaboration.
Support employee development and retention efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment and office management roles.
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using HR software and tools.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred, however Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field will also be considered.
