Responsibilities
- Work directly with the sales agent to guide their clients to homes, inspections, appraisals etc
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate with phone calls, texts and letters a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Convert leads into buyers and sellers for nice bonus $$
- Participate in weekly script practice and team meetings
- Participate in team activities and events
- Commit to weekly coaching & trainings sessions
- Promptly track all tasks and activities in our database spreadsheet in an organized matter
Qualifications
You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.

- High school graduate
- Great sales experience (minimum 2 years)
- Valid Real estate license in the state of Wisconsin **(or are in the process of real estate school)
