Job Title: RN Outpatient
Location: Parker, AZ
Duration: 3 to 12+ months

Shift Schedule: 8-10 hours shifts: 8AM 5PM, 7AM 6PM
Qualification:
Education: A graduate or higher-level degree, bachelor's degree, associate degree, or diploma from accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Degree from Foreign Nursing School: Official Certification from the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools is required or individuals who graduated from foreign nursing schools.
License: Must have active and unrestricted, current licensure as a Professional Registered Nurse (RN) in any State, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a Territory of the United States
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Educational (college & nursing) Certificate
Experience: Minimum of (2) two years' experience in the past 24 months in an Emergency Department
Responsibilities:
- Provides direct ambulatory nursing services, screens patients and elicits patient history, assesses needs and refers for care, administers medications Operates medical equipment and provides therapeutic treatments.
- Assists with the program planning for the ambulatory care nursing activities, participates in quality improvement activities for nursing, and participates in meeting accreditation standards.
- Prepares and submits nursing reports, maintains supplies and equipment, maintains upkeep of nursing area and maintains a safe environment.
- Councils' patients and/or families in regards to planning continuity of care and implementing physician's directions in relation to health maintenance, home care, prevention of disease conditions, etc.
- Administers simple diagnostic tests, assists with diagnostic procedures, records observations, assessments, intervention on patient's medical record.
- Acts as the lead clinical nurse providing guidance and expertise to the staff they work with Provides and assists in the provision of emergency treatment and additional duties as assigned.
