Histology Clerk / Grossing Technician - Gastro Health

Gastro Health is currently looking for a detail-oriented Histology Clerk/ Grossing Technician to join our team!

Here are some of the duties you will be responsible for:

• Grossing GI specimens and entering gross description in LIS.
• Loading and unloading tissue processor.
• Routine handling of biohazard and/or chemically hazardous material.
• Organizing supplies delivered to the lab and tending to calls.
• Storing of slides and blocks, organizing and delivering slides to the pathologist.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Science or Biology
• preferred 1 plus year experience in laboratory but open to training
