Responsibilities:

• Preparing pathology and autopsy tissues for examination by the Pathologist.
• Assist the Pathologist in gross specimen examination and frozen section procedures.

Requirements:

• High School diploma
• Licensed as a Certified Clinical Laboratory Technician or Certified Histological Technician under the NYS Department of Education
• Minimum of 1 year successful experience in Histology desired

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
