Proven since 1979, Invest West Management is a full-serve property management and real estate company servicing the entire Pacific Northwest with offices in Portland and Vancouver area. Our services include the management and maintenance of multi-family apartments, multiplexes, condominiums, and single-family rentals along with commercial, industrial, and retail buildings including the sales and leasing aspects. We manage Community Associations (HOAs, Condominiums, Townhomes, and PUDs) We have licensed realtors on staff for Oregon and Washington. Since our founding, we have been a leader in the property management field. Our staff is comprised of professionals and our services are based on the best practices within our industry.
Essential Functions include:
The HOA Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a homeowner's association in cooperation with the HOA board of directors. The HOA Portfolio Manager shares the board's duties and responsibilities, which can range from resolving disputes to collection dues to helping with onsite maintenance and landscaping based on the contracted agreement between the property management company and the HOA Board of Directors. Responsible for adherence to all company policies and products, including safety.
- 3-5 year experience as an HOA Portfolio Manager
- Budgeting and Financial Management
- Procuring Bids
- Arranging for maintenance and repairs, both routine and requested.
- Communicating and working with Board members, owners, service providers, and residents.
- Planning and leading community initiatives; advising board members.
- Communicating and enforcing community rules and regulations
- Assisting with dispute resolution
- Attending Board and Community Meetings
- Procuring insurance coverage and renewals
- Conduct Property Site Inspections
- HOA/Condo management experience
- CMCA Certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Federal, state, and local housing laws
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn/knowledge of HOA property management systems and software.
The HOA Portfolio Manager position will evolve, and additional duties and responsibilities may be revised/added as business needs dictate.
Salary and Benefits:
$66,000 - $90,000 annually to include performance commissions
100% Employer-paid Medical, Vision, and Dental for employees, with dependent coverage available at cost.
Relocation assistance may be possible for a qualified candidate
Emergency on-call compensation
Mileage compensation is based on IRS rates for 2023.
