Seeking a Part-time, DPT or Physical Therapist to cover therapy services in - Hobe Sobe, FL to provide treatment in all settings:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Evaluates and treats patients in an Assisted Living Community or Home Setting
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
- Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy,
- Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
- Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist.
Job Type: *Part-time*
Compensation: up to $130/eval +2 units
