Home Care Community Liaison / Marketing Specialist - Summit Home Care New York

Summit Home Health Care is seeking a full time Home Care Community Liaison / Marketing Specialist. 

Salary $60,000 to $95,000 per Year depending on Experience, Plus a productivity Bonus Structure 

Job Responsibilities of the Home Care Community Liaison / Marketing Specialist:

• Bring workable patient referrals to the agency
• Develop new referral sources in the community
• Strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources - daily visits to organizations, physician offices, hospitals, assisted livings facilities and adult day care to educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options
• Pre-plan weekly marketing activities and follow-through
• Event coordination and community liaison - participate in health fairs, awareness days, etc.

Job Qualifications of the Home Care Community Liaison / Marketing Specialist:

• Prior experience in Home Health Care is recommended, but we will train the right individual
• Knowledge and understanding of Medicaid/Medicare guidelines and MLTCs is a plus
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail and communication skills a must
