Job Overview - Home Care Liaison (Hybrid):
Join our client's team as a Home Care Liaison in Connecticut, focusing on building referral relationships, acquiring new clients, and ensuring satisfaction. This hybrid role includes direct interactions with healthcare professionals and meeting sales targets.

Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000/year
Location: Greenwich, CT
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time (Hybrid)

Responsibilities as the Home Care Liaison:

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain productive relationships with case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals through face-to-face interactions.
• Sales Execution: Conduct effective sales calls and meetings to meet referral partner needs and convert referrals into admissions.
• Referral Coordination: Assist in the referral-to-admission process, addressing barriers and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Presentations & In-Services: Provide professional presentations to referral sources, community groups, and others about services and outcomes.
• Market Analysis: Use territory market data to identify new business opportunities and increase market share.

Qualifications for the Home Care Liaison:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: 3+ years of Sales experience (preferably in Healthcare or Home Care).
• Skills: Excellent customer service, sales skills, and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and goal-oriented work ethic.
• Other: Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and the ability to travel 80% of the time.
