Our client, a highly-rated, long-established private home care provider, is looking for a dynamic Home Care Sales Representative. This outside sales position will play a pivotal role in growing business referrals and expanding the client base.
Responsibilities:
• Establish and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers such as hospital social workers, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Work in liaison with senior care facilities to drive home care referrals.
• Continuously strategize and implement ways to expand our client base and achieve sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally and articulate our services effectively to prospective clients and referral partners.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years experience in establishing and nurturing relationships with hospital social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and at senior care facilities.
• Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a strategic approach to driving sales growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel, as this is an outside sales role.
