Home Care Speech Pathologist - Health Care Associates and Community Care Givers

We are currently hiring for a prn home care Speech Pathologist for prn hours. Come work for a family owned and operated company of 42 years.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Conducts appropriate evaluations, assesses home environment, identifies equipment needs relative to speech/language function.
• Identifies functional speech defects and establishes a plan of care to improve patient's function.
• Recommends communication devices/aids as indicated.
• Prepares and submits notes per organization policy.
• Maintains clinical competency in speech language pathology practice and theory.
• Performs other duties as required to facilitate the delivery of speech language pathology services.
