Job Summary:

The Home Care Supervisor will manage and coordinate home care services, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and provide leadership to the caregiving staff. This role will also involve assisting with marketing initiatives to expand our client base and promote the company’s services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of home care services.

• Supervise, train, and support caregiving staff, ensuring adherence to care plans and company policies.

• Conduct regular home visits to ensure quality of care and client satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company protocols.

• Address and resolve client or family concerns promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to coordinate services.

• Manage scheduling and assignments for caregivers, ensuring proper coverage and efficient service delivery.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care services.

• Monitor caregiver performance and provide feedback for improvement.

• Assist in marketing efforts

Qualifications:

• Experience in home care or a related healthcare field is required.

• Prior supervisory or management experience in a home care setting preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
