We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their own homes. - Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration

- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Document patient care activities and communicate any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse

Benefits
