Job Summary
- Provides in home personal care services and other designated health-related services according to written and/or verbal directions prepared by registered professional personnel.
Job Requirements
- Education
- Required: Completion of Home Health Aide competency test to be administered by CoxHealth at Home staff before Hire.
- Required: Completion of Home Health Aide basic skills test to be administered by CoxHealth at Home staff within 90 days of hire.
- Experience
- Required: Six months of paid experience as an agency caregiver.
- Skills
- Ability to follow directions and perform duties with minimum supervision.
- Exhibit sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.
- Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Required: MO CNA License OR MO CMT License OR MO CMA License OR as of 1/1/2022 grandfathered with an Accredited Nurse Aide Certification
- Required: BLS must be obtained within 90 days
- Required: Active Driver's License
