RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:- Flexible schedules
- 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts
- $20 - $22 per hour based on experience
- Actively working as a Home Health Aide for at least 2 years
- Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Respect the privacy and dignity of clients in their homes.
Qualifications:
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification.
- Experience in home care or similar caregiving roles.
- A caring, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
