Criterion In Home Health Service, LLC is looking to add a new Home Health Aide to join our Joplin, Mo team. The Home Health Aide will assist residents in their homes with activities of daily living needs.
 

Job description

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan. Responsibilities • Provide health care services in patients residences • Perform domestic and household tasks • Assist with clients personal care activities • Assist with bathing and grooming • Laundry • Errands (shopping, groceries) • Assist with medications • Meal preparation • Clean kitchen • Clean bathroom • Assist with correspondence when needed Skills • Proven working experience as home health aide • Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards • Proficiency in English • Caring and compassionate personality • High school degree or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $14.00 per hour Standard shift: • Day shift • Evening shift Weekly schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Apply compliance knowledge – Demonstrate knowledge of all aspects of personal care by using a sensitive approach. Knowledge and compliance of Missouri state regulations training will be given during the hiring process.

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED required
• Safe driving record and/or dependable transportation
• Must be registered with the Missouri Family Care Safety Registry
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
