Traditions Home Health Services is seeking Home Health Aides in the Rockland/Norwell area. Shifts available are 7a-7p weekends. HHA would be assisting with Client safety, personal care, companionship, assisting to activities, assisting with meals.

Make a difference as a Home Health Aide

As a HHA at Traditions Home Health Services, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to our patients. Your tasks will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols. With our emphasis on excellence and integrity, you will be expected to deliver high-quality care with honesty and reliability.

Have you been working as a Home Health Aide 2+ years? Do you have experience working with the Geriatric population? Are you experienced working with Dementia clients? Requirements are as follows...

YOU MUST HAVE:

Home Health Aide Certificate

2+ years working with your certification

A reliable car and insured

Speak, read, write the English language.

Have ability to work weekends.

You must own a cell phone.

You must be able to pass a criminal background screening.
