Compensation:

• Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000 annually
• Ideal Compensation: $120,000
• Benefits: Full Benefits Package, 401K, PTO

About the Opportunity:We are seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Manager with home health experience and a leadership background to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN to step into a leadership position, guiding a team of healthcare professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the clinical operations of the home health team.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to nursing staff.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) in AZ.
• Experience: Previous experience in home health care and a strong leadership background.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills. Ability to lead a team and manage patient care effectively.
