About the RoleAre you a dynamic, self-motivated Physical Therapist ready to make a difference? We’re looking for you to join our team in Pahrump, NV! In this role, you’ll provide personalized care and support in patients’ homes, enhancing their quality of life through tailored physical therapy treatments.

Essential Functions:

• Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Evaluate patients’ therapeutic needs and develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement treatments, train patients and caregivers on exercises and prosthetic device usage.
• Collaboration and Consultation: Work with the healthcare team and provide consultations to families and caregivers.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare clinical summaries, participate in discharge planning, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervision and Mentorship: Guide Physical Therapy Assistants and ensure best practices are followed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensing: Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.
• Experience: Minimum of one year in physical therapy, with preference for home health care experience.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Certification: Current CPR certification.
