*JOB SUMMARY:*
Directs and provides therapeutic care of patients in their place of residence. The PT is directed toward assessing ability or disability, relieving pain, preventing disability and/or further deformity, developing or improving body skills, and restoring function and maintaining maximum performance within the patients capabilities. The PT must possess demonstrate clinical competency and leadership. Able to adapt to change and work with all age groups. On call required for potential weekend visit coverage.
*JOB REQUIREMENTS:*
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in TN *Required*
1 Year Related Physical Therapy Experience *Required*
1 Year Home Care Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation *Preferred*
