Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Care RN Case Manager.




Coverage needs primarily in the Quincy and Milton, MA areas. More consolidated territory on the beautiful South Shore MA area just in time for Spring!

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
• Every other weekend rotation
• Occasional 11:00a.m.-7:30p.m. shifts may be required as needed

***Requires minimum 1 year recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.****
