Our Award Winning Client, operating nationally and having won many awards, is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to join their extraordinary care team. This position involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans in New Castle, PA, and surrounding areas. The role requires on-call availability on weekends and local travel to patient locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
• Support patients in New Castle, PA, and surrounding areas
• Spend approximately 20% of the day driving to/from patient locations
• Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• Self-manage time and schedule

Schedule and Shift Details

• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday on-call 5 PM - 1 PM
• Patient Visits: Scheduled to see patients during the day Saturday/Sunday (8 units per day)

Candidate Details

The successful candidate will have an associate degree or higher, an RN license in the state of Pennsylvania, and at least one year of RN experience. Specific qualifications include:

• Required:

  • Associate degree or higher
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Clinical Documentation
    • Clinical Informatics
    • Clinical Quality
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
    • Other EMR
    • Practice Partner EMR
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
  • ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
    • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
  • Willingness to travel as required for the position
