An inspector:
1) Helps potential new homeowners by educating them on the condition of their future property.
2) Does a detailed combing of a home to find defects and maintenance items to document in the report
3) Is positive and upbeat and is able to also accentuate the positive to give a homeowner a complete picture of the home
4) Works with other home inspectors on a team to accomplish larger projects in shorter times
Requirements
Please note you do not have to have any previous home inspection experience to apply, for a paid position you must be licensed or have completed all your licensing requirements. You may apply if you aren't licensed but we only pay those who have their license or have passed their state exam and are waiting for the state to process their license. Benefits
Compensation: Trainees will start off at $16/hour if they are not licensed and $21/hour with a license and receive paid training to become an inspector. Entry-level inspectors start off at $25 an hour. More Season inspectors will make between $27-$40 and hour once trained to our systems.
