JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President to join our Home Lending Finance & Business Management team within the Consumer and Community Bank.
As a Vice President in Home Lending Finance and Business Management, you will act as a key strategic leader supporting Servicing Finance Leadership. Our Finance Business Management team optimizes business performances by helping to drive key initiatives. The Vice President will help drive special projects, competitive intelligence and oversee other expense related line items.
Job responsibilities:
+ Optimize 'bottom line' business performance by driving key initiatives
+ Identify, escalate and mitigate business risks that could impair our ability to do business
+ Analyze financial performance, including expenses; identify productivity initiatives and drive implementation
+ Manage annual/continual financial planning activities for line items, providing rationale and decisions for all month-end financial performance and forecasting, conducting reviews and analysis on financial performance, consumption/demand planning, budgeting, billing, trends, and exception reports
+ Lead a team of analysts to help oversee vendor expense including CFO approvals and budget plans based on business and finance needs
+ Business representation in respective internal/external working groups
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
+ Previous product knowledge and/or prior Business Management
+ Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
+ Present well to senior and global business heads
+ Able to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills
+ Able to both define and deliver to conclusion a strategic agenda across multiple groups
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with logical thought process
+ Experience leading, developing and coaching junior talent
