Home Loan Specialist - Tampa - Ledgent Technology

Our client is a leading national home loan lender and is currently seeking a Home Loan Specialist in Tampa, FL!

Onsite in Tampa, FL

Pay: $20 - $22/hr

Duration: Long Term, Contract, W-2

Responsibilities:

The Home Loan Specialist is an entry level role supporting various Channels. As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

The Home Loan Specialist will:

Perform routine data entry and validation tasks

Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)

Review and validate loan documents

Handle routine calls, emailsand/or chat responses

Monitor work queues and intervening as needed
