Home Manager - LA Health and Rehab, Inc.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position requires the demonstrated ability to provide direction and support to staff in training development of a Home Manager. Work is performed under the direction and supervision of the Program Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for managing several homes and reporting outcomes to the Program Director.
• Gathers, complies, and reports information to the Program Director which is necessary to stay in compliance
• Enjoy cleaning and cooking
• Provide assistance to the Program Director in the administration of training others to be a Home Manager
• Must have some computer skills, good organization skills and management experience is a plus
• Must be able to order groceries online through Wal-Mart and Instacart
• Must be willing to work in the capacity as a DSW every other weekend in the event of an emergency call outThe starting pay for this position with no experience is $12.00. This position offers health insurance, 401-K and PTO. Contact 337-267-7375 and ask for HR
