About the Role: Briones Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Developer to
join our client’s team in the private pay homecare industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for
sales and a deep understanding of the homecare market. This role is crucial in expanding our client’s
footprint in the Hopewell Junction area and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth in the private pay homecare sector.
Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and referral sources within the local community.
Leverage existing relationships to create new business opportunities.
Work closely with the management team to align strategies and maximize outreach.
Attend networking events, industry conferences, and community engagements to increase brand visibility.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure referral partner satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the private pay homecare industry.
Strong knowledge of the local market and the ability to quickly build relationships.
Existing relationships in the Hopewell Junction market are preferred but not required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed targets.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
