In this role, you will be the driving force behind generating new leads, referrals, and business opportunities, promoting our mission and services to help seniors lead happy and independent lives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Business Expansion: Develop and implement strategic plans to generate new leads and expand our client base.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and other healthcare professionals.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Community Outreach: Educate potential clients, referral sources, and the community about our home care services and their benefits.
- Presentations & Visits: Conduct compelling in-person visits and presentations to communicate our value proposition effectively.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the healthcare landscape.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns, materials, and strategies.
- Networking: Attend industry conferences, networking events, and community outreach activities to build brand awareness and establish new connections.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs regularly.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients and referral sources to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the home care industry and the ability to communicate the value of our services effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with diverse individuals and organizations.
- Self-Motivation: A competitive, goal-oriented, and self-driven personality with a desire to exceed targets.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent public speaking and negotiation abilities.
- Independence: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally work outside standard business hours.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
