Qualifications:
- Licensed and Registered: A valid OT License and Registration in New York.
- Experience: Proven experience in adult OT.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with EMR software is a plus.
- Homecare Experience: Previous homecare experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Communicate effectively with office staff and patients.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule your visits directly with your patients.
- Care Planning: Evaluate patients and develop tailored plans of care based on their functionality.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up visits according to the plan of care and patient progress.
- Documentation: Accurately document visits in our web-based EMR system, adhering to Medicare guidelines.
- Compliance: Maintain active credentials and perform all visits in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
