As a Master Technician at Route 128 Honda, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality automotive service and repairs. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Honda vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. This role requires a strong technical expertise and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service as a leader being Route 128 Honda Master Technician 

Master Technician Responsibilities:

• Performing complex diagnostic tests on Honda vehicles
• Identifying and repairing mechanical and electrical issues
• Conducting routine maintenance and servicing
• Keeping accurate records of all work performed
• Explaining technical issues and recommended repairs to customers in a clear and professional manner
• Collaborating with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Honda Master Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Honda vehicles and their systems
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
• ASE certification is a plus
