Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Horizontal Boring Mill Operator in Solon. 

Horizontal Boring Mill Operator: $20-28 per hour

Horizontal Boring Mill Operator

•  Make parts to specifications using a lathe, milling machine, shaper, and 
  grinder
  • Measure, examine, and test completed units to find any defects and ensure 
  conformance to specifications using precision instruments
  • Set up, adjust, and operate specialized and advanced machine tools
  • Align and secure machine holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and 
  materials
  • Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process

Experience Required:

•  Lay out, measure, and mark metal stock to display placement of cuts
  • Observe operating machines/equipment to diagnose malfunctions and make 
  adjustments or repairs
  • Clean and lubricate machines, tools, and equipment. Dismantle machines/ 
  equipment
  • Set controls to regulate machining, or enter commands to retrieve, input, or 
  edit computerized machine control media
  • Fit and assemble parts to make or repair tool machines
  • Set up and operate metalworking, brazing, heat-treating, welding, and cutting 
  equipment
