SUMMARY: Perform all facets of property management. Most specifically in the areas of landscape/garden maintenance and annual/perennial care. Supervise teams, delegate duties, and advise associates on assigned projects in the areas of perennial gardening, including bed maintenance, gardens, greenhouse and total property care. Lead, supervise and perform administrative functions for the Perennial team. Must have working knowledge of all divisions as they relate to the overall mission and expectations of L.M.L. Estate Management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Must have knowledge and prior experience with perennials/annuals, as well as various other plants and flowers
- Ensures work is progressing on schedule and within prescribed budget
- Ensures the management and maintenance of total property care
- Accurately executes duties designed for perennial projects and perennial maintenance
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Develop ability to analyze account needs and execute efficient and effective procedures
- Maintain quality initiatives without forgoing time management constraints
- Regularly communicates project status and exceptions to management in a timely fashion
- Communicates and assists in resolving discrepancies and changes in job progression to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist Perennial division with spring, summer and fall color and annual flower containers
- Able to see the “big picture” on a property and offer suggestions for improvement or further enhancements
- Responsible for inventory management and control of supplies, materials and products as it relates to the Perennial division
- Assists in preparation, cleaning and organizing of greenhouse
- Assists and participates in client events/parties, holiday set-ups and tear downs as needed
- Assisting GM with spring and fall cleanup
- Support GM and Special Projects and be able to perform certain GM duties
- Organization, storage and care for L.M.L property and equipment
- Assist team in completing invoice sheets and various shop duties
- Maintaining chemical applicators license
- Ensure safety among all associates
