worked in Manufacturing/Production environment
Perform a wide variety of duties to fabricate, assemble, and maintain close tolerances on hose assemblies, butyrate pipe assemblies and hose kits following established methods and practices
Monitor hose shop production schedule, accountable for meeting delivery and production requirements
Sort all hose shop pick tickets and file by customer and require dates.
Assemble hose orders using customer prints, verbal instructions or pick ticket information, including walk in hose orders
Operate various hand and power tools and shop equipment such as cutoff saws, drill press, and measuring devices for close tolerance measurements, and hose assembly equipment


Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Pull all material for hose orders from the warehouse inventory following, the warehouse processes for order picking and shipment of product
Inspect all hoses to insure they meet all quality requirements and manufactures specs
Record all inspection and test information and file all information in an orderly manner.
