Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 base salary + bonus

We are seeking an experienced Hospice Administrator to lead our team in providing compassionate and high-quality hospice care to patients and families in the Lincoln and Omaha areas.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Hospice Administrator to oversee the operational, financial, and clinical aspects of our hospice program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospice administration, leadership, and healthcare management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospice program
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Manage budgets, finances, and resources
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Lead and develop a team of healthcare professionals
- Foster relationships with patients, families, and community partners
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Analyze data and metrics to inform quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in hospice administration or healthcare management
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, laws, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare software
- Certification in Hospice Administration (CHA) or related field
